Openness
Weekend workshop with Milan
Openness to life is a quality we always seek. There are many reasons why we may choose to close ourselves, and even not give ourselves totally to those close to us.We can learn openness and expression when we allow ourselves to feel and ask “What do I need”, and “What are my "boundaries
The ‘Openness’ workshop is dedicated to the honest discovery of ‘YOURSELF’. We will work on issues around relationships, exploring how we move our own energy, our openness to meditation, and most importantly the acknowledgement of who we are and respecting where we are in our lives right now. This will lead us closer to creating a ‘YES’ for ourselves.

At the center of the ‘Openness’ process is ‘you’. You will have the opportunity to experiment alone and with others how you shape your life and also explore new ways to reclaim your own energy and trust. This discovery will be supported through a safe and loving environment in which everything has space to be expressed.
We will look at questions such as
· What are my boundaries and what do I do to respect them?
· What expands and what contracts me?
· How do I create and maintain my relationships with friends and lovers?
· How much room do I leave for my natural energy to flow in my life and how much effort do I invest in repressing my energy including my sexual energy?
During those 3 days we will look at these questions and others through individual and partner exercises, various breathing methods, .bioenergetics, movement and dance, meditation, and celebration.
