Ahalan ahalan and welcome to Zorba the Buddha festival sukkot 2015!
Zorba the Buddha spring 2015 is already behind us. It was an amazing and deep festival; we experienced the peacefulness of the meditations and the freedom that Zorba knows how to allow.
It was five days of Great Spirit spree, a gathering of a tribe and a celebration of thinking less, and feeling more, much more!
You are invited to enter our pictures gallery on our facebook page and to get a small sweet taste of nostalgia from what was here.
Meanwhile we are here in the Ashram offices sitting and thinking how can we surprise you and make a Zorba festival that will be remembered for a long time. We promise to update you in our schemes when the right moment comes.
If you have any ideas or suggestions or just something to say you are welcome to send me an

Daily Quote
Remember one thing: meditation means awareness. Whatsoever you do with awareness is meditation. Action is not the question, but the quality that you bring to your action.

Walking can be a meditation if you walk alertly. Sitting can be a meditation if you sit alertly. Listening to the birds can be a meditation if you listen with awareness. Just listening to the inner noise of your mind can be a meditation if you remain alert and watchful.
